This covers payment, revisions, delivery & deadlines, usage rights and licensing.PAYMENTSAll payments are in EUR using PayPal/Stripe and Payment is made upfront before the work starts.Refunds are not allowed once I have started working on your commission and once the artwork is completed and delivered.If I cancel the commission or are unable to start it, a full refund will be issued.Orders above 100EUR are offered payment plans. Clients can pay 50% upfront and 50% upon completion OR both parties can discuss and agree on a payment plan that fulfills both parties’ needs. There will be a deadline and if failed to pay results in a penalty of +10%.RUSH FEES are subjected to a 100%-200% markup depending on the complexity and how close the deadline is. I can decline the client if I am genuinely not able to carry it out.If you are sending money through my PayPal, DO NOT PUT any notes in your invoices. PayPal is insanely strict, and could easily get accounts permanently limited. I STRONGLY URGE THIS.REVISIONSRevisions can be done twice during the sketch and once during base colour.

Commissions are usually completed within a week up to a month depending on the artist's schedule and the complexity of the work.Once the work is completed it is delivered digitally through the commission site such as VGEN OR KO-FI.I will communicate with the client within 24HRS. Communication can begin on IG, TWT or TIKTOK which will immediately be redirected towards VGEN/KO-FI for further discussion and the process of the commission's journey towards completion and delivery. .PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USEPERSONAL USE INCLUDES: social media PFPS , banners, non-monetised blogs
